Celebrating 18 years in business
What began as an idea back in 2001 is now a business with a strong brand identity and values that define our approach and everyone who works with us. With over 18 years’ experience and a team of over 20 people, today we specialise in projects that range in value from £100,000 to £3m plus.
Over the years, we’ve learnt that any project is only as good as the people who work on it. We’ve built a trusted team of suppliers and subcontractors who share our vision and our values. We work closely with our clients – landlords, building surveyors and tenants – to define what a space needs to do. We then carefully design, plan and deliver the project to the highest standards possible. Health and safety continues to be our number one priority and we work hard to maintain our accreditations.
In the last year we’ve moved office and invested in new ways of working with more innovative technology. We’ve brought our two companies – Open Workspace Design and Open Contracts – together to make better use of resources and streamline our processes.
And we’ve re-branded as Open – the fit-out and refurbishment people.
